Our board members are dedicated individuals looking to provide area youth with the experience of a individual sporting event that challenges them to learn STEM based principles and sportsmanship. This occurs during three main race events each race season. A Fun Run (April), the Golf Manor Grand Prix (May) and finally the Local Championship (June) that qualifies two drivers from the Greater Cincy area to participate in the Soap Box World Championships held each July in Akron, OH.

Derby board members would be required to attend Derby Board meetings and help expose derby racing to a greater number of area youth. Board members also are required to help with race day events which may include pre/post day race setup, race day check-in and car handler. Any training would be done event day and if multiple volunteers are available at the same date/time a group training will be held ahead of race dates at our storage facility.
