Position We are looking for a strategic planning coach that will focus on helping our organizations set clear, achievable goals, and develop the strategies necessary to meet these objectives. This process includes a thorough analysis of the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), as well as an assessment of its mission, vision, and values.

Donation Organization strives for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions.
Requirements Active interest in the organization and promoting volunteerism in Greater Cincinnati.
On-boarding On-boarding is done on an individual basis.
