Position

Work with a two-year executive director (and only FT employee) to help focus and make strategic choices for organization's growth. The organization is decades old, but current business model does not support growth. Part of the conversation will be how to work with board of directors to gain buy-in and leverage their skills and resources. Discuss staffing structure, challenges, and potential alternatives.
